Why will this error occur after proper installation also?

I have bought the game from steam age2HD and installed exactly as voobly said. Still I am seeing this error 1 in 10 times I play a game. I do not whether this is a bug or problem with voobly, I have got no such error ever in steam. I want to know the cause for this error.
